VEIKONG CH530 is a high-performance vector AC drive specially developed for cranes, hoists and other lifting equipment. It integrates professional lifting functions including brake sequence control, trolley and gantry anti-sway control, zero-servo protection, intelligent anti-slip control, light-load speed increase and heavy-load speed reduction.

The CH530 supports asynchronous motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors. Its V/F control, sensorless vector control and closed-loop vector control modes allow it to meet different requirements for lifting, travelling, slewing and positioning applications.

With a power range from 0.75kW to 710kW and a wide three-phase input voltage range of 380V to 480V, the CH530 provides a reliable and flexible drive solution for general cranes, port cranes, construction cranes and mining hoists.

The CH530 releases or applies the mechanical brake only after the required output frequency and current conditions are reached. Adjustable brake delays help ensure safe and smooth starting and stopping.

If the mechanical brake fails to close in time or the braking force is insufficient, the drive can detect motor shaft movement and activate the zero-servo function. This helps hold the load or travelling mechanism in position while triggering an alarm.

5. Automatic Speed Adjustment According to Load

The CH530 supports constant-power operation. It can automatically increase speed under light-load conditions to improve efficiency and reduce speed under heavy-load or overload conditions to enhance operational safety and extend equipment service life.

6. Smooth Acceleration and Deceleration

Linear and S-curve acceleration and deceleration are supported, with four independently adjustable acceleration and deceleration time groups. This allows the drive to match the operating characteristics of hoisting, travelling and tower crane slewing mechanisms.

7. Easy Motor Commissioning

The one-key motor auto-tuning function identifies motor and mechanical parameters, making it easier to match third-party asynchronous, synchronous and cone motors while reducing commissioning time.

8. Compact Design and Braking Solution

The compact structure reduces installation space and simplifies control cabinet layout.

Models from 0.75kW to 90kW are available with built-in braking units. Models from 110kW to 710kW support external braking units. Brake resistors can be selected according to the hoisting or travelling mechanism and braking duty requirements.
