3. New product introduction
The VFD580 is a high-end variable frequency drive. The product adopts the leading design concept, mainly for occasions with high requirements for the comprehensive performance of the product. Compared to traditional frequency converters, VFD580 has the following features:
1. Drive three-phase AC asynchronous motor and three-phase AC permanent magnet synchronous motor, and supports speed, torque and position servo control.
2. Excellent SVC algorithms for asynchronous and synchronous motors, enable high-precision motor speed and torque control even without encoder feedback.
3. 15kW and above are equipped with a built-in DC reactor as standard.
4. The built-in brake unit (45kW~90kW optional) is equipped as standard within 37kW, and the brake circuit short circuit detection function is equipped.
5. All weak current circuit terminals adopt plug-in terminals, humanized identification, convenient wiring and maintenance.
6. An incremental encoder interface with Z input is standard, eliminating the need to purchase a separate PG card in common closed-loop speed applications.
7. Standard motor temperature sensor interface, support PT100, PT1000, KTY84, no need for optional temperature detection card.
8. The whole series is equipped with buffer relay (contactor) abnormal protection circuit, which can effectively prevent accidents such as fire caused by component damage.
