VEIKONG was pleased to host customers from Saudi Arabia during their visit to our factory. Our team provided a comprehensive tour of our production lines and a deep insight into our strict testing processes in the testing area, R&D centre, and repair area.
Our clients were particularly interested in our aging testing room, which showcased our top-quality standards and demonstrated our in-depth understanding of customer requirements while taking into account extreme weather conditions such as in a region of Saudi Arabia. This is why we test each of our products for no less than 12 hours in temperatures beyond the operating range of other brands to ensure correct functionality all the time.
The clients shared with us their experience of the challenges they face with other brands filling the Saudi Arabian market as one of their biggest challenges is failing to withstand high temperatures, resulting in customer issues and brand trust in the long term. VEIKONG was able to showcase how our rigorous testing processes work and develop products that perform even in the harshest conditions, reducing machine downtime and increasing customer satisfaction to create long-lasting relationships.
